Where You’ll Make a Difference Establish and operationalize a comprehensive QA/QC framework across finance operations. Use risk based /random sampling of account reconciliations  Verify accuracy and completeness of account reconciliations, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, Identify the issues or control gaps Report the deficiencies / results with relevant stakeholders. Track remediation actions and re-test if necessary. Interacts with Global Quality Leads for guidance on policy / Quality Audit. Support & maintain quality dashboards to monitor performance and report trends to leadership. What Makes You the Right Fit CA Inter/CMA /ACCA with 2 years’ experience working in the fields of Internal Controls or audit. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting & reconciliation process. Versatility and capability to handle numerous tasks, Interest in Automation and simplification. Must have good analytical and communication skills. How Would You Stand Out? Positive attitude with zeal to learn new things and ability to handle heavy or varied workload.
