Where You’ll Make a Difference • Manage and develop product registration dossiers and health claims submissions for H&B products. • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and maintain timelines. • Build and maintain relationships with Japanese regulatory authorities and trade associations. • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to align objectives and prioritize efforts. • Evaluate regulatory implications of product and process changes. • Provide regional strategic input to global regulatory strategies and innovation. • Execute global regulatory strategies in alignment with local commercial teams. • Support H&B customers with regulatory and technical documentation. • Stay current with Japan’s regulatory environment and communicate updates to global teams. What Makes You the Right Fit • Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Biotechnology, or related field. • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in food supplements, cultures, or equivalent industry. • Strong expertise in regulatory management, compliance, and safety/risk assessment. • Deep knowledge of Japan’s regulatory requirements for food supplements, cultures, and enzymes. • Proven success in preparing product registration dossiers and navigating regulatory procedures. • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English. • Ability to lead and collaborate within a matrix organization. • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with strong time management skills. • Comfortable working independently and using IT systems/applications.
