Where You’ll Make a Difference Perform microbiological analyses of raw and finished products following established procedures. Verify equipment daily and perform minor maintenance on test equipment as assigned. Ensure all retained samples are properly identified and stored. Prepare reagents, media, and testing supplies as needed. Apply basic aseptic techniques to maintain sample integrity. Assist with special projects supporting quality initiatives. Maintain laboratory housekeeping and complete the master sanitation schedule. Follow all Safety and Food Safety practices during job functions. Contribute to Quality Control and the advancement of IFF within the Quality organization What Makes You the Right Fit Associate degree or higher in a science-related field OR 5+ years of experience as a lab analyst or lab technician. Experience with LIMS or equivalent laboratory information system. Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to wear required PPE (steel toes, hardhat, hearing protection, protective eyewear). Physically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, and reach overhead. Comfortable climbing stairs up to 9 levels in high-heat environments (up to 120°C). How Would You Stand Out?
