Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: FE Wafer input & output request from customer demand. Drive & align Ops team output plan to rolling 5 weeks shipment demand Resource plan including  allocation plan of key tool & forecast to outside production (CM & Lumentum UK FAB) FE KPI of MOCVD plan: Monitor the KPI to ensure the effective MOCVD schedule Substrate management & plan Expected Background & Skill A Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or related field. Programming skills, knowledge about IC process and logistic flow are also preferred. Able to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment. At least 2 years working experience of Fab operation or production planning. Proactive working attitude, good communication, and presentation skills.
