Job summary: The Process & Change Analyst will play a critical role in enabling successful adoption of new procurement processes, systems and service models. Your focus will be on executing change management plans, developing clear and engaging communication materials, and supporting training for technology-driven initiatives to ensure smooth transitions across Procurement Services and Group Procurement. What you will be doing: Deliver change management plans, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking Create clear, engaging, and audience-specific communication materials for process and system changes Develop and maintain training materials for technology-driven initiatives and support delivery Document workflows, update process maps, and support optimization initiatives for Group Procurement and Procurement Services Monitor progress against change plans, report adoption metrics, and escalate risks or issues Work closely with procurement teams, platform owners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery Maintain accurate documentation for audits and ensure adherence to governance standards Proactively identify inefficiencies, risks, or barriers within processes and practices Generate and gather improvement ideas, coach team members on improvement tools/techniques and how to select the improvement projects of biggest return Conduct weekly review board meetings and create benefit realisation reports Deliver high complexity and impactful Green / Black belt projects Position requirements: 3+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, or business analysis within procurement or shared services Hands-on experience with process mapping, documentation and optimisation Familiarity with change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement practices Experience working in continuous improvement and change impact related projects  Experience working in aerospace or defence Exposure to procurement systems and digital transformation project Demonstrate real life examples of driving efficiencies and making operational improvements Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence Black belt accredited or equivalent experience Proven ability to coach and upskill others   Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies (Lean and Six Sigma) What do we offer: Private healthcare and group life insurance Annual bonus myBenefit platform/subsidy for Multisport cards Internet and electricity allowance for remote work Increased funding for the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) program; Rolls‑Royce Sp. z o.o. contributes 3% to this program Additional vacation days based on length of service with the employer Hybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days from home) Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM Work in a modern office located in the Krakow centre – the Unity Tower (ul.
