Job Description Aufgaben - Das erwartet Sie bei uns: Entwicklung der CNC-Fertigungsstrategie, Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen, CNC-Programmierung, Durchführung von Simulationen/Tests sowie Durchführung von technischen Machbarkeitsanalysen. Projekt- und Serienbezogene Materialdisposition, Werkzeugmanagement und Betriebsmittelplanung. Projektbezogene Koordination der Fertigungsaufträge, Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung, Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung. Unterlagenpflege, Qualitätskontrolle und Schnittstellenfunktion/Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen. Mitwirkung und Gestaltung einer HS&E konformen CNC-Produktionsumgebung. Qualifikationen - Was wir uns wünschen: Abgeschlossene mindestens 3-jährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung und eine mindestens 2-jährige Fachausbildung im Bereich CNC-Technologie. Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der CNC-Technologie. Überdurchschnittlich hohe Eigenmotivation und Bereitschaft, neue Wege zu gehen. Hohes Abstraktionsvermögen und eine analytische Denkweise. Hohe Sozialkompetenz beim Wissenstransfer mit Führungskräften und Facharbeitern. Bereitschaft, im Team eigenständig Verantwortung zu übernehmen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
