As Revenue Operations Specialist, SoEUR and FraBeNe, you will sit at the heart of our commercial engine in Southern Europe, turning data into confident decisions and helping our teams across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Portugal deliver better outcomes for patients every day. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, working closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing and Finance to bring structure, insight and discipline to a fast moving healthcare environment. What will you be doing? From your base in Barcelona, your day will start with the numbers but never end there. You will look across the FraBeNe and SoEUR clusters and see stories in the pipeline, in territory performance and in capital placements, then translate those stories into clear, practical actions for commercial leaders. You will help sales teams become true territory managers, giving them simple, meaningful dashboards and account plans that show where to focus and how to follow through. Marketing campaigns will connect seamlessly into that rhythm, with you ensuring that leads are prioritised, followed up and converted, and that everyone can see the impact of their work across capital, AET and consumables. As forecasts are built and reviewed, you will anchor the conversation in high quality data. You will guide opportunity hygiene and stage accuracy in the CRM, challenge assumptions where needed, and help cluster and finance leaders understand where to invest, where to protect and where to grow. Throughout, you will be a trusted partner in a matrixed international setting, sharing best practice, promoting consistent revenue operations frameworks and creating an operating cadence that gives the whole region confidence in its commercial plan. What will you need to be successful? Success in this role means being the person people turn to when they want to understand performance and improve execution across FraBeNe and SoEUR. You will combine a strong healthcare background with genuine curiosity, resilience and a collaborative mindset. You build relationships quickly, influence without formal authority and enjoy helping others make better decisions through data. To thrive, you will bring in particular Solid experience in revenue operations, sales operations or commercial excellence, ideally around four to seven years, gained in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical devices industry, with exposure to capital equipment and consumables businesses. Proven understanding of sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning and opportunity governance, and the ability to turn these concepts into simple ways of working for busy commercial teams. Strong analytical skills with hands on experience of CRM and reporting tools, and the confidence to work with cluster and finance leaders on topics such as resource planning, capital deployment and investment prioritisation. Fluency in English plus either French or Spanish, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultures in a matrixed international environment. You. Unlimited.
