Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Transportsachbearbeiter (m/f/d) für unseren Standort in Waldbronn, nahe Karlsruhe. Im Team bestehend aus 6 Mitarbeitenden, unterstützt du tatkräftig mit allen anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben im Bereich Logistikkoordination. Unter Anderem arbeitest du eng mit Sales & Service Mitarbeitern zusammen, um eine Vielzahl von Pre- und Post Sales Aktivitäten zu betreuen.  Deine Aufgaben:  Koordination von Transportdienstleistern  Überwachung von Sendungen und individuelle Betreuung von Priosendungen Abwicklung von Transportschäden  Vorbereitung von Monthly Business Review Terminen  Überwachung und Analyse von Transport KPI´s Schnittstelle zu den Bereichen Lagerlogistik und Order Management Qualifications Qualifikationen: Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Am besten hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Logistikkoordination/Spedition gesammelt Erfahrung mit SAP ist ein Plus Bewährte Fähigkeiten mit dem MS Office Paket Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Was wir dir bieten:  Eine unbefristete, anspruchsvolle Vollzeitstelle (Hybrid) mit Sitz in Waldbronn, nahe Karlsruhe, ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zu besetzen.
