Position Title: Business Support Analyst                         Corporate Title: Analyst Reporting to:  Vice President Location: Bangalore         Skill Requirements: Bachelor's degree & above from tier1/tier 2 B-Schools 2-7 years' experience in the same or similar fields. Experience in banking or finance institutions is a plus Strong data analytical and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. BI/reporting knowledge using other software’s is a plus. Ability to write various documents such as functional requirements Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision Responsibilities: Communicating with business users and evaluating requirements to understand project objectives and scope. Working with dev team to work on changes/enhancement/new development Perform routine checks and ensure the proper working of all the applications/environments. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all procedures and activities performed. Planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Overseeing the integrity and maintenance of organizational data.
