Le Campus Innovation Paris (78 - Les Loges en Josas) est le plus grand centre de R&D d’Air Liquide. Il développe des solutions innovantes pour l’ensemble des activités du Groupe. Plus de 250 chercheurs travaillent dans 48 laboratoires dotés de matériel de pointe et de plateformes expérimentales, permettant d’explorer de nombreux domaines de recherche.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Dans le cadre de la digitalisation de nos supports de formation et de sensibilisation sur les sujets sécurité (HSE, maitrise des risques etc) nous souhaitons créer de nouveaux contenus en Google Slide et en Réalité Virtuelle (VR) . A ce titre les deux projets porteront sur : 1 : Formation de la sécurité des nouveaux arrivants et du système de management industriel. A partir d’une présentation Google slide existante, proposer et créer un nouveau contenu : Trouver des moyens de communication impactants (exemple: interaction entre le formateur et le public par l’intermédiaire de jeux); Comparer les autres supports d’accueils sécurité dans le Groupe et dans des entreprises similaires à Air Liquide afin de s’en inspirer; Élaborer une évaluation des utilisateurs à cette formation. Créer des formations sécurité en Réalité Virtuelle dédiées aux nouveaux arrivants en y intégrant de nouveaux sujets imposés par notre système de management industriel; Écrire les scénarios de la formation Concevoir les formations en VR R éalisation des vidéos en 3D  Organiser et  filmer les scénettes  Mise en scène (acteurs, décor) Solliciter la participation de volontaires  Prise en main de la plateforme Uptale et réalisation des formations en VR Communication et lancement du produit réalisé 2 : Formation à la sécurité digitale Adapter et traduire en anglais la formation en VR existante pour la proposer aux autres Campus Innovation.(USA, Allemagne, Chine, Japon) Interaction dans les échanges avec les relais dans les autres Campus.
