工作职责： 1.    负责该地区高水平的客户满意度，积极与客户合作，寻找与客户双赢的方法 2.    确保客户的问题得到及时的回答，并给予适当的关注，确保投诉得到准确及时的解决(与通力团队的其他成员一起) 3.    确保工地主管/维保员工和分包商得到正确的安全指导 4.    负责该地区的维保质量，确保保养服务能够保质保量完成，确保招修的及时性及真实性，并控制在合理范围 5.    根据公司的要求，保质保量完成安全质量检查，并持续改善工地安全质量 6.    负责从安装到维保的交接运行有序 7.    根据负责地区的特点，持续改进工作流程 8.    负责控制现场运营成本和CMII 9.    负责该地区维修服务和收款 10.    确保现有维保业务持续有效运作，配合服务销售团队完成项目的转续签夺回业务，确保梯台量有效增长 11.    负责组织搭建和领导该地区的维保团队，确保绩效目标的达成 12.    负责选拔和储备人才、培养人员，确保他们的动机，持续发展，实现目标   任职要求： 助理维保工地经理 1. 至少大专，本科优先 2. 相关管理工作经验4年以上，或通力安装/维保管理经验2年以上 3. 台量3800 维保工地经理 1. 至少大专，本科优先 2. 相关管理工作经验4年以上，或通力安装/维保管理经验2年以上 3. 台量5000 At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
