For our office in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, we are looking for a: Sales Engineer – Sustainable Power (m/f) (Fulltime | 40 hours) As Sales Engineer, you support our Business Development and Sales team throughout the full commercial cycle; from initial concept to contract handover. You are an integral part of the Sales team and report directly to the Head of Sales. Every day is different — and always connected to building future-ready energy solutions. In this role you will Analyse customer requests and translate them into technical and commercial proposals Prepare cost calculations, quotations and order specifications Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to confirm scope, pricing and technical criteria Review technical documents and provide expert advice in the pre-sales phase Act as a key contact for customers and internal stakeholders during sales process Prepare detailed technical specifications for battery systems and related components Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree , preferably in a technical field (HBO or equivalent work experience ) 3+ years of experience in a project or engineering environment Experience with renewable energy systems (BESS, wind or solar preferred) Knowledge of cost calculations and commercial proposals Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage Strong communication skills in Dutch and English A proactive, structured and collaborative mindset What we offer Competitive salary: €4.300 – €5.500 gross/month Profit-sharing scheme & 8% holiday pay 27 vacation days + 13 ATV Flexible-working policy (up to 12 remote days/month) + home office set-up Solid PME pension plan Company laptop & phone Fitness program & wellbeing support Wide learning and career development opportunities within a global engineering brand Work with passionate colleagues in a scale-up environment backed by Rolls-Royce,  combining innovation speed with global engineering excellence.
