Job Description Job Description Paired Inside Account Manager は、アカウントマネージャー（AM）のパートナーとして、営業活動全般をサポートし、顧客対応・社内調整・見積業務・CRM管理など幅広い業務を担います。営業チームの業績最大化に直接貢献する重要な役割です。 　　主な業務内容 アカウントマネージャーの営業活動支援 見積作成 各種申請業務（契約、価格申請など）の代行 CRM（Salesforce）へのデータ入力・更新・ファネル管理補助 デモ機の手配、出荷調整、在庫管理、返却管理 販売店およびエンドユーザーからの問い合わせ対応（製品情報、納期情報、手続き案内など） Sales Lead（新規リード）のフォローアップ Aged Lead（放置リード）が発生しないよう、営業へアクションを促す 必要に応じて顧客への初回コンタクトを実施 社内関連部門（物流、サービス、ファイナンス、マーケティングなど）との調整および情報連携 「One Agilent」の理念に基づき、チーム全体の効率・顧客満足度向上に貢献 　　目標（Performance Goals） 担当グループの売上・ファネル進捗に貢献 AM と連携し、商談の前進と案件クローズ率向上をサポート Aged Lead のゼロ化 リードの放置を防ぎ、期限ごとに営業へフォローやアクションを促す CRM データの正確性向上 タイムリーで正確な入力・更新 顧客満足度の向上 迅速・正確な問い合わせ対応および社内調整 営業チームの生産性向上 見積・手配・申請業務を効率化し、AM が顧客活動に集中できる環境を作る Qualifications Qualifications（必須要件） 大学卒業または同等レベルの学位 基本的な分析機器・研究用製品への理解（経験年数は不問） 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびチームワークスキル CRM（Salesforce など）を使用した業務経験があれば尚可 高い自己管理能力、マルチタスク・優先順位付け能力 PC スキル（Excel、Word、Outlook） Preferred Qualifications（歓迎要件） 法人営業または営業支援業務の実務経験 英語でのメール読解が可能であれば尚可 分析機器業界での業務経験（営業・CS・マーケティングなど） Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
