This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations, Total Rewards,   benefits   administration, and accommodations and leave processes.   The intern will   assist   with daily operations, reporting, and project-based initiatives while supporting process improvements and exploring opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and standardized workflows.     Key Responsibilities   • Provide administrative and operational support for global benefits, accommodations, and leave programs.   •   Assist   with benefits administration activities, including   maintaining   plan data, running reports, and supporting employee enrollments and changes.   • Help coordinate and track accommodation and leave requests while   maintaining   confidentiality and   accurate   documentation.   Maintain SharePoint resources and   assist   with document and knowledge management.   • Create and update Excel reports and dashboards to support data tracking and analysis.   •   Assist   with process documentation and   identify   opportunities for workflow improvements and automation.   •   Participate   in team meetings and support project coordination as needed.     Qualifications   • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related field (expected graduation date between fall 2026 – spring 2027)   Why Proofpoint?
