Assist team seniors in marketing and deal execution of project finance transactions. Details of responsibilities summarized below. Job Responsibilities: Financial Assist in origination of lending and financial advisory mandates including the preparation of marketing materials, proposals and presentation packages. Assist in the execution of lending and financial advisory transactions including relevant research, preparation and handling of financial models, information memorandums, credit papers, review and analysis of project documents, and coordination with other specialist advisors and consultants. Customer Work closely with team seniors in liaising and coordination with clients with respect to origination and execution of transactions, and performance of other administrative duties as may be required for a transaction. People Work with MUFG clients and various departments across region and globally Other/ Control Comply with compliance and internal procedures throughout deal process Job Requirements: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in areas such as banking, consulting, or project development, with exposure to financial modelling and corporate finance. Ability to conduct financial analysis and build financial models. Ability to prepare clear written reports and presentations, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
