Maintenance Technician Location: Tampa, FL | Fully Integrated Plant   Pay: Starting at $32/hr. + $1 shift premium for 3rd shift Training pay begins on 1st shift (minimum of 3 weeks) Eligible for annual increases and quarterly bonuses (up to 5% of annual pay) Overtime available and required as needed Shifts Available: 3rd: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k with company match Paid vacation + 13 paid holidays Annual performance bonus Fitness reimbursement & employee battery program PPE and uniforms provided Recognition programs Job Responsibilities Emphasize safe work practices, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and PPE compliance Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, robotics, and plant systems Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment Work with 120V, 208V, and 480V AC circuits; motor controls, VFDs, and soft starts Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability Operate machine shop tools as needed (lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinders, saws, welders, etc.) Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, equipment manuals, and work orders Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair Qualifications 2+ years industrial maintenance experience required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair, hydraulics, and pneumatics Experience with 480V electrical systems, VFDs, and motor controls PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work overtime/weekends as required Other Experience We Consider: Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Technician, Electrical Technician, Millwright, Multi-Craft Technician About the Plant The Tampa, FL plant has been operating since 1958 and employs more than 280 people.
