Ben jij een technisch onderlegde salesprofessional die energie krijgt van klantcontact, het sluiten van deals én het bieden van slimme oplossingen? Als Commercieel Technisch Adviseur ben jij dé schakel tussen onze serviceklanten en de beste technische oplossingen automatische toegangssystemen en ben je gespitst op potentiële klanten en kansen. Je begeleidt klanten van A tot Z in het traject van meerjarenonderhoudsbegrotingen (MJOB) en zorgt ervoor dat elke stap – van inventarisatie tot opdracht – soepel en professioneel verloopt. Wat ga je doen? Je bent niet alleen technisch onderlegd, maar ook commercieel scherp. Jij: Signaleert en benut verkoopkansen – zowel intern als extern; Luistert actief naar klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar passende oplossingen; Stelt overtuigende offertes op en voert succesvolle onderhandelingen met focus op de lange termijn. Zet kansen om in concrete opdrachten en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze overdracht naar uitvoering; Meet installaties in en levert nauwkeurige gegevens aan voor werkvoorbereiding; Houdt grip op je pipeline via ons CRM-systeem (Salesforce). Werkt intensief samen met de Accountmanager buitendienst in jullie rayon (Den Haag e.o.) om de gezamelijke klanten optimaal te bedienen. Wat breng jij mee? HBO werk- en denkniveau; Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële (technische) rol; Sterk in netwerken en het spotten van commerciële kansen; Klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en communicatief sterk; Zelfstandig én een teamspeler; Ervaring met sales funnels en verkoopplanning; Onderhandelingsvaardig en resultaatgericht.
