Wir suchen einen dynamischen Mitarbeiter, der sowohl als Product Owner in der Softwareentwicklung als auch als Projektleiter für Softwareinitiativen fungiert. Zu dieser Position gehört auch die Unterstützung des Teams bei der Umsetzung und Verbesserung agiler Praktiken, um die erfolgreiche Bereitstellung hochwertiger Softwarelösungen sicherzustellen, die auf die Geschäftsziele abgestimmt sind. Ihre Aufgaben Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Software-, Firmware-, Elektronik-, Hardware-Entwicklung und Molekularbiologie, um sicherzustellen, dass das Produkt mit den Geschäftszielen, den Benutzeranforderungen und den Marktanforderungen übereinstimmt. Aufschlüsselung der Benutzeranforderungen in User Stories, die vom Softwareentwicklungsteam umgesetzt werden können. Zusammenarbeit mit dem Usability- und UI-Designteam zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen durch die Erstellung von Benutzerkonzepten und die Definition von Arbeitspaketen in Form von User Stories, die dem Entwicklungsteam als Leitfaden für die Erstellung der richtigen Funktionen dienen. Übernahme der fachlichen Verantwortung für das Produkt inklusive Requirements Engineering, Priorisierung des Backlogs und eigenständiger Abstimmung und Verhandlung mit Stakeholdern unter Berücksichtigung der Gesamtvision für das Produkt, des Projektziels und des Zeitplans. Qualifications Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Fundierte Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer ähnlichen Position in einer agilen Umgebung. Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten , um die Zustimmung verschiedener Teams zu gewinnen und widersprüchliche Prioritäten zu managen. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung , idealerweise im regulierten Umfeld (z.B. 21 CFR Part 11) ist ein Plus.
