Job Highlights: To give appropriate advice and support to Management and staff in the branch from the viewpoint of compliance; To monitor and oversight of the observation of laws, regulations and rules in the Branch; To gather information concerning laws and regulations in Vietnam; disseminate compliance materials, information, knowledge, awareness and training for staff in the Branch; To assist Head of Department (HoD) in proposal and timely reporting to the Management and Compliance Reporting Line concerning the implementation & observation of laws, regulations and rules in the Branch; To take proper and timely action against any violations of laws, regulations and rules in accordance with internal procedures; To monitor compliance risk of branch operation including Compliance Risk Assessment, other core compliance risk assessment; To execute other assignments as instructed by Head of COD and Head of Core Compliance Team Key Requirements: Graduated from University of Law Master in local regulations, especially in banking industry (experienced 3-5 years and above) Good knowledge about banking products/ operation High sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork Good at speaking & writing in both Vietnamese & English Good contacts with Central Bank and other authorities Good knowledge in AML areas is an advantage.
