Job Description 制定并执行指定区域渠道策略，推动耗材销售目标达成； 管理和激励渠道合作伙伴，提供销售支持及市场策略指导，提升其业务能力； 定期监控渠道伙伴绩效，确保业务执行合规并持续优化； 协调内部资源，联合销售和市场团队开展客户活动，提升市场覆盖和客户满意度； 分析市场趋势和客户需求，优化渠道策略以支持业务增长。   Qualifications 3~5年渠道管理经验，具有仪器耗材或相关领域背景优先； 丰富的实验室行业销售经验者优先； 至少具备相关领域的学士学位； 熟悉渠道管理的运作模式，有优秀的规划、执行与团队协作能力； 合规意识强。   Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.
