【仕事内容】 スポーツメディス、整形外科、内視鏡など機器・器具（保証期間内および保証期間切れ）の修理を担当する。また、サービスプロセスの整備、修理機器の管理、QMS（品質管理システム）およびGBU（グローバルビジネスユニット）の品質方針に遵守し、迅速な修理対応を担う。 【主な業務内容】 修理業務を効率的に行い、目標TAT（ターンアラウンドタイム）および初回修理完了率の達成を目指す 会社のQMS（品質管理システム）プロセスを厳格に遵守する 交換部品およびサービス用在庫を正確に管理する サービスセンターが ISO 13546 の監査要件を満たすよう運営する サービスセンターで必要な記録を適切に保管・管理する 他部署と良好な連携・関係構築を行う ソフトウェアおよびハードウェアのアップデートを確実に実施する 会社の行動規範を遵守する 【勤務地】 東京・平和島ロジスティクスセンター 【応募要件】 大卒以上（ 実務経験に応じて、専門学校卒以上も検討可能 ） 【経験】 3年以上のサービスエンジニア/フィールドサービスエンジニア実務経験 医療機器修理業の責任技術者（第1区分・第3区分・第5区分）を保有している方は歓迎します。 【求めるスキル・人物像】 医療業界でのテクニカルサービスまたはバイオメディカルのバックグラウンド コミュニケーション能力 チームプレイヤーであること 誠実さ、自信を持って業務に取り組める方 必要に応じて柔軟に対応できる方 【語学力】 英語：日常会話レベル（読み書きは必須） 【その他要件】 20kg程度の重量物を支援なしで持ち上げられること 出張：5%未満 Stay connected by joining our Talent Community .
