Als Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) - Agilent Diagnostic Service in NRW ist es wichtig, hohe Bereitschaft zu haben sich kontinuierlich über neue Geräte, Software und Netzwerklösungen weiterzubilden.  Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Kreativität und eine positive Einstellung sind dabei von entscheidender Bedeutung. Durch die Fähigkeit, Kunden bei der Lösung ihrer Probleme zu unterstützen, und ein Engagement für einen Kundenservice auf höchstem Niveau trägt man zum Erfolg unserer Kunden bei. Deine Aufgaben: Verantwortlich für die Unterstützung von Kunden durch Vor-Ort-Aktivitäten wie Installation, Implementierung, Wartung und Reparatur von Medizingeräten in der  Krebsdiagnostik, einschließlich Hardware, Software und Netzwerkprodukten sowie Betriebssystemen Einrichtung und Support von Software-/Netzwerkprodukten um unsere Geräte bei Kunden am Einsatzort zu installieren Proaktive Reaktion auf mögliche Probleme mit Geräten oder Software, um zu verhindern, dass es bei unserem Kunden zu ungeplanten Verzögerungen in der Krebsdiagnostik kommt Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen und Produktunterstützung Zusammenarbeit mit Agilent-Teams wie Support, Vertrieb, Marketing und Forschung & Entwicklung, um den Kunden Lösungen anzubieten Qualifications Dein Profil: Erfahrung als Servicetechniker für Medizinprodukte in der Diagnostik, mit einer entsprechenden Berufsausbildung, oder einem Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich – z. Beispiel Chemie, analytische Chemie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie oder ähnliches. Dazu eine sehr hohe Kompetenz im Bereich der Gerätetechnik Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Eine IT-Zertifizierung wie z. B.
