Join our team as an Application Engineer and play a key role in supporting sales and customer success by providing technical expertise and application support for Agilent’s HPLC and Dissolution portfolio. This is your opportunity to combine scientific knowledge with customer engagement and make a real impact on business growth. What You Will Do Support sales and product specialists by providing technical and application expertise to meet or exceed sales targets. Participate actively in the sales process from qualification to technical closure. Conduct product demonstrations , method development, and optimization for customer applications. Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions . Deliver technical seminars , training sessions, and contribute to recognized scientific forums. Act as the voice of the customer to influence future product and application design. Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting when needed. Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and identify Agilent’s unique advantages. Collaborate on technical sales strategies and ramp-to-volume plans for new products. Ensure compliance with customer/vendor credentialing requirements for site access.   Qualifications What You Will Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Instrumentation, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences , or equivalent. 5+ years of hands-on experience with HPLC and Dissolution systems, including method development and optimization. Strong understanding of analytical instruments in pharma, food, chemical, or related markets . Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills . Ability to work independently, organize tasks effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel and engage with customers . Familiarity with Agilent products and SAP systems is an advantage. Fluency in English (verbal and written). Why Join Us? Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
