The Role The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring product and process conformity through inspections, statistical analysis, random sampling, and timely response to internal and external complaints. This role ensures compliance with quality management systems such as IATF 16949 , supports continuous improvement initiatives, and contributes to reducing internal scrap, returns, and process variation. Objective / Mission To ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards by monitoring indicators, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System. What You’ll Do Coordinate statistical process control and monitor KPIs such as warranties, internal scrap, CEDIS and supplier rejections, and process capability. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) requests. Conduct audits of products, processes, and customer claims. Lead and monitor improvement plans involving internal rejection, returns, and process performance . Manage the release of new products . Support and follow up on customer complaints (internal and external). Support the maintenance and implementation of quality systems . Apply problem‑solving methodologies ( 5W’s, 8D, Ishikawa, KT ). Ensure compliance with operational controls and work instructions. Assign tasks related to quality topics to EADs and publish EAD results. Certify operators in quality and EAD star points. Contribute ideas and implement continuous improvement through the innovation process. Who You Are Education Industrial Engineering Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial & Systems Engineering Experience Experience in one or more of the following: Quality Assurance Manufacturing Industrial Engineering Technical Skills Quality systems under IATF 16949 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) Statistical process control Problem‑solving tools: 5W’s, 8D, Ishikawa, KT Knowledge of OEM and aftermarket customer requirements Soft Skills / Competencies Effective and assertive communication Teamwork and collaboration Leadership and emotional intelligence Negotiation Time management Results orientation Resilience and flexibility Inclusive mindset Service attitude and strong communication skills Languages English: 80% Special Requirements Travel availability No relocation required No rotating shifts Key Stakeholders Internal CEDIS & Operations Process Engineering Quality Systems Staff Engineering Staff Commercial Area External OEM customers Aftermarket customers Challenges Achieving sustained improvement in quality and process indicators. Managing nonconformities and customer claims quickly and effectively. Maintaining robust statistical control in changing operational conditions. Decision Making Stop the process if product is found out of specification. Verify process control according to the control plan.
