Für unseren Standort in Hannover suchen wir Dich ab sofort als Praktikant/Werkstudent (m/w/d) in der Montage Im Rahmen Deines Praktikums/Werkstudententätigkeit erhältst Du vielfältige Einblicke in den Produktionsbereich Batteriemontage und unterstützt unser Team im Tagesgeschäft.  Dabei übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben: Unterstützung in der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen Erstellung von Bedienungsbeschreibungen für einzelne Anlagen und Maschinen in der Batteriemontage Mitgestaltung eines kontinuierlichen Qualifizierungsprozesses für Mitarbeitende Implementierung von Verbesserungsprojekten in Anlehnung an Lean Management Methoden OEE-Optimierung der Produktionsanlagen mit Fokus auf Mensch-Maschine-Material Es besteht die Möglichkeit, diese Tätigkeiten mit der Erstellung einer Abschlussarbeit zu verknüpfen. Deine Qualifikation: Fortgeschrittenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint) Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil) Mit Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Organisationsgeschick verstärkst Du unser Team Deine Vorteile: Als Marktführer lebt Clarios in besonderem Maße von der Kreativität, dem Potenzial und der Zufriedenheit seiner Mitarbeiter/innen.
