岗位职责 架构设计与实施   参与大数据平台的整体架构设计，覆盖数据采集、存储、计算、分析及可视化全链路，确保系统高可用、高性能及可扩展性。  根据业务需求，选择阿里云（如MaxCompute、EMR、DataWorks）或 AWS（如Redshift、EMR、S3）等云平台技术，结合开源组件（如Hadoop、Spark、Flink、Kafka、HBase）实现技术方案。   设计分布式系统架构，整合实时计算引擎、时序数据库等技术组件，支持多行业场景 技术选型与优化     评估并引入前沿技术（如AI大模型、云原生技术），优化数据处理效率和资源利用率。  负责大数据平台的性能调优、故障诊断及安全策略制定，确保数据治理与合规性。   项目交付与团队协作    主导中大型数据平台项目（如数据仓库、数据湖、实时分析系统），从参与需求分析到落地交付。   与开发、运维团队协作，推动DataOps流程优化 参与跨部门沟通，将业务需求转化为技术方案，支持数据驱动的决策。   任职要求    教育背景    - 计算机、数据科学、数学或相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先。   经验要求    - 8年以上大数据领域经验**，其中至少3年大数据架构设计经验，主导过2个以上中大型项目       - 熟悉阿里云（MaxCompute、EMR、DataLake Analytics）或 AWS（Redshift、Glue、Athena）等云平台的部署与优化。      - 深入掌握开源技术栈：Hadoop、Spark、Flink、Kafka、HBase、Elasticsearch 等，熟悉其原理及调优方法。   技术能力    - 精通Java/Python/Scala   软技能    - 出色的沟通能力，能与业务、技术团队高效协作。      - 具备技术前瞻性，能够结合行业趋势提出创新解决方案。   加分项 - 具备机器学习/数据挖掘经验 或参与过推荐系统、计算广告等项目。 At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
