Job Description Roles and Responsibilities 1. 业务拓展与业绩达成 负责云南地区GE医疗超声设备的服务合同续签、新签、升级等 挖掘存量客户的增值服务需求，提升单客户服务产值 2.客户关系维护与赢回 维护区域内核心客户 针对流失/低活跃度客户，制定赢回策略 为代理商提供产品支持，协助代理商达成销售指标 在指定的区域开发/建立并维护良好的分销经营渠道 3. 市场与竞品分析 跟踪云南地区医疗服务市场动态、竞品（原厂/第三方服务商）价格、方案及客户反馈，及时调整销售策略 收集客户需求与痛点，反馈至总部产品与服务团队，优化服务方案与定价 4. 项目与流程执行 独立完成服务方案制作、报价、投标、合同谈判、订单录入及回款跟进，确保合规与回款效率 协同区域服务工程师、备件团队、项目管理团队，保障服务交付质量与客户满意度 5.跨部门协同与团队协作 与原厂销售、渠道伙伴、服务运营团队紧密配合，实现“设备销售+服务销售”联动，提升整体客户生命周期价值 参与区域服务销售策略制定、季度/年度复盘，分享成功案例，提升团队整体作战能力 Required Qualifications 本科及以上学历，生物医学工程、医学影像、临床医学、市场营销、机械电子等相关专业优先 医疗设备销售/售后销售/分销商管理相关经验 熟悉云南区域医疗市场，有客户资源者优先 具备服务方案设计、商务谈判、客户洞察能力，学习能力 具备较强的目标感、抗压能力、执行力，能适应高强度出差能力 熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的PPT方案呈现与沟通表达能力 Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
