Job Description Summary As a lead program integrator you will be fully responsible for driving the teamwork of cross function teams to achieve on time delivery with quality to meet the business goals. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a structural way and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Extensive project management skills in managing R&D projects including scope, schedules, quality, issues & risks.  Plan and lead the delivery of each milestone and escalate issues when necessary  Identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, then facilitate quick resolution. Resolve conflicts through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation.  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment  Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering 3-5 years’ experience in project leadership in medical device industry Experience of leading NPI program in a cross-functional matrix organization Consistent track record of success driving programs from inception to delivery   Experience of leading topics with region team Strong influential and communication skills. Outstanding problem solver who builds consensus and drives key decisions  Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience as Scrum Master/RTE or in a similar Agile role applying Agile principles and approaches is a plus.
