We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Change Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring timely, compliant, and coordinated execution of design changes that affect the lifecycle of the MIM suite of software products. As a key controller in the change process, you’ll provide documentation and support essential to the software release cycle. **Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.** Job Description What   You’ll   Do   Lead and manage the execution of   software   changes, overseeing initiation, evaluation, and approval of changes.   Coordinate stakeholder input and   maintain   momentum throughout the change process.   Align release plans with resource reality.   Enable product release by   entering product information   and SBOMs   in to multiple tools .    Monitor release progress weekly.   Ensure software changes are according to company quality and regulatory policies.   Manage these   change process es   for new and existing products.   Manage dependencies on multiple releases.   Distribute and synchronize required tasks after   change   release.   Collaborate closely with Product teams, project managers, software engineers, and Quality and Regulatory specialists .   F acilitate   product reviews .   Ensure products are released on time, on quality, and on   budget .   Participate   in quarterly planning sessions with   Engineering   to define and   prioritize on   deliverables together with the Design Change Control team.   Manage change notifications and distribute change documentation to   suppliers .   Investigate, suggest, and implement process improvements to streamline the   design control   process.     What   You’ll   Need   A bachelor’s degree or higher.
