Join our team working on one of our most prestigious programs delivering Cloud modernization and operations to the Department of the Air Force on the Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services (ACSS) contract.  Leidos was awarded the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services contract and currently has an opening for a Customer Experience Manager.  Location:  This position will be hybrid remote, candidates will be required to work onsite as needed. Candidates need to be able to travel to Tewksbury, MA or to a location in Huntsville, AL as needed. Primary Tasks:  Lead a holistic Total Experience model that integrates User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), and Employee Experience (EX) to ensure intentional, efficient interactions across all Cloud One service touchpoints. Optimize and automate the onboarding processes for additional applications targeted for migration annually, reducing friction for Mission System Owners (MSOs). Lead mature outreach initiatives to educate Air Force and Space Force customers on Cloud One service offerings, including Infrastructure/Platform as a Service (IaaS/PaaS) and DevSecOps environments. Collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO) to analyze holistic schedule data, ensuring MSOs have clear, data-driven insights prior to the migration decision. Champion the Total Experience model, helping customers understand how to leverage Cloud One's pre-built guardrails and achieve their Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements. Create and monitor feedback mechanisms specifically for multi-vendor ecosystems (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP) to identify and resolve cross-platform usability issues. Oversee implementation of automated tools for routing support requests and gathering Customer Satisfaction metrics. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years or more of experience; Master’s and 10+ years or more of experience, additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with specific emphasis on Enterprise-scale cloud operations or large-scale technical project management. Thorough understanding of AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and Oracle National Security Regions, including their specific security domains (IL2, IL4, IL5, and IL6). Familiarity with Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems used within Air Force cloud environments. U.S. Citizen with a current Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) with focus on Enterprise IT and Cyber Infrastructure Division. Experience working with Air Force modernization initiatives to accelerate cloud adoption through secure toolsets. PMI PMP and/or advanced cloud certifications from AWS, Microsoft, or Oracle. Proven track record of leading teams, mitigating risk and enhancing performance of disparate, virtual teams. Full lifecycle of Cloud and technology execution, operations and sustainment.
