To provide viable solutions to meeting business needs and delivering desired business outcomes, whilst remaining within best practice guidelines Close liaison with business stakeholders and end users is key to help building effective relationships as well as understanding business challenges and needs. Support system development and implement enhancements What we're looking for: Essential: Experience/knowledge in Order To Cash including ERP, billing, invoicing, and collections platforms Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) Experience designing and running testing Desirable : ITIL Understanding of basic concepts/ or experience Understanding or experience with agile demand-delivered delivery Understanding of accounting principles Previous experience with Workday Financials Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data insights/design to non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights Core Business Analysis Skills Exceptional Stakeholder management and the ability to converse at all levels. Adaptable individual with a dynamic approach Drive to innovate using digital technology Document training material and support change management principles What’s next?
