Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will support budgeting,   forecasting   and program performance analysis, partnering closely with Finance Operations and key stakeholders to deliver   accurate , decision-ready financial insight.     This role offers exposure to large-scale programs, operating cash   flow   and CAPEX performance, with opportunities to strengthen analytical capability and support the modernisation of finance through automation and AI-enabled tools.     Responsibilities   Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and monthly performance reporting across key programs.   Analyse operating cash flow,   CAPEX   and program performance drivers to deliver actionable insight.   Partner with Finance Operations and program teams to ensure reporting accuracy and clarity of financial drivers.   Contribute to pricing rate reviews and cost recovery analysis.   Identify   trends,   risks   and variances, providing clear commentary to support decision-making.   Support the adoption of automation,   analytics   and AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and insight quality.     What   You’ll   Bring to Make   an   Impact     You are a commercially curious and analytically strong finance professional who enjoys working in complex environments.
