Job Description 【主な職務内容】 安定生産・安定出荷に貢献し、リーン生産方式に基づいた改善活動を通じて生産性向上への貢献 * 製造ラインにおける製品の組立、検査、調整作業 * 製造プロセスにおける問題点の特定と解決策の提案 * 製造装置の操作、メンテナンス、およびトラブルシューティング * 品質管理基準の遵守と品質改善活動への参加 * 製造記録の正確な作成と管理 * 安全衛生に関する規定の遵守と安全な作業環境の維持 * 製造チームとの連携、コミュニケーション * 製造プロセスの標準化、効率化への貢献 * 関連部門（設計、エンジニアリング等）との連携 【応募資格】 ** * 高卒以上（工業系の学科を卒業していることが望ましい） * 製造現場での実務経験2年以上 * 製造装置の操作、メンテナンスに関する知識 * 品質管理に関する基本的な知識 * 問題解決能力とチームワークを重視する姿勢 * 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力（読み書き、会話） * 基本的な PC スキル（ Microsoft Office 等） * （望ましい経験）医療機器製造の経験、英語でのコミュニケーション能力 GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
