Reporting to the Vice President – Finance, you will lead a high-performing FP&A function, modernise planning and reporting capability, and elevate finance as a strategic partner to the executive team.   Lead and evolve the FP&A function into an insight-led, commercially focused partner to the business.   Own the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts and monthly performance reporting at enterprise level.   Drive forecasting discipline and scenario modelling to strengthen forward-looking decision quality.   Modernise reporting capability through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled finance.   Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team with strong capability in data analytics and commercial storytelling.   Improve reporting efficiency, governance and integrity while reducing cycle times.   Align pricing strategy and rate updates with broader commercial and growth   objectives .     What   You’ll   Bring to Make   an   Impact     You are a commercially astute finance leader who combines technical depth with enterprise perspective.
