Job Description •出荷承認を伴わない設置管理医療機器のインスタレーションデータシート承認作業。 •サービス部門事務サポート:情報収集及びデータ入力業務(Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Mail/SVMAX/BOX/Sharepoint/eCockPit/SupportCentral):自部署以外のデータ収集を行い品質記録データ等の複雑な入力作業。 •規定文書/手順書などの通知、管理と更新(Word/Excel): 各担当者から、サービス本部規定、各製品の手順書の新規発行および改定の際に作成者から更新の依頼 が来たら、決まった手順で更新をし、サービス本部関係者へメールで通知する。 (基本は月曜に定期発行するが、即日発行もあり) •校正機器Admin:不適合発生時の窓口及びデータ管理 •ISO修理業監査サポート:説明資料や議事録の作成。事前準備のサポート。ISO及び修理業の内部監査員としてのサポート。 •CAPAサポート:NC対応からのTrackWiseDigetal入力や進捗のリード •社内情報の通知、管理と更新(Word/Excel): 各担当者より作成された社内情報の通知、管理と更新。関係者へその旨をお知らせするメールの配信。(社内情報文書が各担当者より作成されると、その内容を関係者へ周知させる為に依頼が来 ます。それに対してアプリの更新と関係者へお知らせするメールを配信する。) (基本は月曜に定期発行するが、即日発行もあり) •問い合わせ対応サポート業務(簡単な英語⇔日本語でのコミュニケーションス キル。Word/Excel/Google 翻訳など使用可能): 担当者から英語で質問が来ますので、その内容を日本語へ翻訳し、日本の担当者へ問い合わせを行い、その返信を 英語で回答する。 こちらのポジションは、障害者雇用枠になります。 定期的に日野本社への出社が必要となりますが、週に数回の在宅勤務が可能です。 GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
