Improve competitiveness, effectiveness and efficiency of brand plans and activations   What You Bring to the Table Post graduation in marketing or a related field, with a strong 6 to 8 years of consumer insights experience in lifestyle-luxury consumer brands (experience in alcobev will be an added advantage but not essential) Excellent quantitative research skills and understanding of qualitative research experience in agency/ client side Advanced statistical analysis and excellent knowledge of panels and data analysis software and an aptitude for the manipulation and interrogation of databases. Familiarity with a broad range of consumer, category and shopper research and sources of data (Nielsen, Kantar, IWSR etc) Manage multiple projects within required timelines along with attention to detail and accuracy  Strong business acumen and judgement along with strategic capabilities   Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with strong ability to influence through data-insights led storytelling Put research into business terms with strong listening, presentation & story-telling skills Collaborative team player with excellent persuasiveness & interpersonal skills; building strong working relationships with key stakeholders Who We Are We believe great people build great brands.
