Purpose of the position The Sales Technologies Manager at Pernod Ricard Turkey will lead the digital transformation of our sales organization, ensuring that technological solutions effectively support sales operations and enhance Route to Market excellence. Main responsibilities and tasks Lead the digital transformation initiatives within the sales organization. Pioneer innovative sales technology projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with field needs. Foster collaboration between sales, Business Development, and IT to create user-friendly technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Continuously monitor and adapt sales technologies to elevate user engagement and optimize return on investment. Enhance Route to Market (RTM) execution through technology. Drive the integration of sales technologies that support diverse channel strategies and field operations. Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights that empower sales teams to excel in their execution. Stay ahead of emerging sales technology trends, evaluating their potential to improve sales effectiveness. Facilitate effective change management within the sales organization. Champion user adoption by supporting training and communication strategies that engage field teams. Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless transitions during digital transformation initiatives. Cultivate a culture of innovation and adaptability, encouraging team members to embrace new technologies. Qualifications Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or a related field. Experience:  Total years of experience 8-10 years with at least 5 years in management role in FMCG, sales operations, or sales technology roles. Capabilities: Strong understanding of sales processes and field operations Proven ability to translate complex requirements into effective solutions Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with a talent for data-driven insights Strong communication and influencing abilities What We Offer A strategic role with direct impact on sales performance and field effectiveness within a dynamic FMCG environment.
