Lieu d’exception dédié à l’accueil d’une clientèle privée internationale, la Maison propose une expérience gastronomique raffinée, où chaque détail compte. Les menus de saison sont élaborés en collaboration avec la Cheffe de caves pour les accords mets & champagnes ainsi qu’avec Pierre Gagnaire , ambassadeur de la Maison. Dans ce cadre unique, nous recherchons un(e) Apprenti(e) Cuisine passionné(e) et désireux(se) d’apprendre au sein d’un environnement gastronomique haut de gamme. Vos missions Sous la supervision du Chef de cuisine : 🍽 Production culinaire Participer à la mise en place et aux préparations culinaires Contribuer aux dressages Veiller à la qualité visuelle et gustative des assiettes 🥂 Événementiel & hospitalité Participer à la préparation des petits-déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners privés Contribuer aux réceptions, dégustations et événements Adapter les préparations aux exigences d’une clientèle internationale 🧼 Hygiène & organisation Appliquer rigoureusement les normes HACCP Participer au nettoyage et au rangement du poste Respecter les fiches techniques et procédures internes Profil recherché Formation en CAP / Bac Pro Cuisine / BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration Sens du détail et exigence de qualité Intérêt marqué pour la gastronomie et l’univers du vin Présentation soignée et attitude professionnelle Discrétion (clientèle privée) Esprit d’équipe Curiosité et envie d’apprendre Ce que vous développerez Maîtrise de la cuisine gastronomique et des accords mets & vins Travail des produits frais et de saison Organisation d’événements culinaires haut de gamme Connaissance approfondie de l’univers du Champagne Rigueur et standards d’une Maison de prestige Conditions Contrat d’apprentissage Rythme selon planning hospitalité (service midi, soir ou petit-déjeuner + préparation) Travail le samedi (repos généralement dimanche et lundi) Possibilité de travail en soirée Tenue fournie Repas sur place Job Posting End Date: Target Hire Date : 2026-09-01 Target End Date : 2027-08-31
