Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung sowie Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen und effizienten Projektabwicklung. Nahtlose Kooperation mit dem Projektmanagement, der Logistik, dem Vertrieb und weiteren unterstützenden Fachbereichen. Sicherstellung einer effizienten Abstimmung zwischen der R&D-Plattform und der kundenseitigen Entwicklung. Aufbau und Optimierung starker OEM-Beziehungen durch professionelle und konstruktive Kommunikation. Entwicklung eines kundenorientierten Mindsets innerhalb des R&D-Projektmanagements. Förderung von Kreativität und Innovation über alle Phasen der Produktentwicklung hinweg. Bereitstellung von R&D-Expertise für RFQs (Angebotsanfragen) und Value-Engineering-Initiativen.   Damit begeistern Sie uns: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder einem verwandten technischen Fachbereich. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der R&D-Produktentwicklung, spezifisch im Automotive-Sektor. Fundierte Erfolge in der Leitung und Motivation von Teams. Ein kollaborativer Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke. Erfahrung in der effektiven Zusammenarbeit innerhalb eines internationalen Umfelds.
