The opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join the NZ Field Sales Team with Pernod Ricard, a friendly, driven team who live the Pernod Ricard motto of being creators of conviviality. You will be Account Manager for the Bay of Plenty region including Tauranga, Rotorua, Ōpōtiki and Gisborne (once a month)) managing and nurturing retail liquor outlets and supermarkets. With Pernod Ricard’s strong brand presence and mature client base, you will be innovative in expanding commercial growth with current accounts and finding untapped revenue streams. Tasks & Responsibilities Regular customer sales calls within the region Oversee sales, distribution and promotional objectives Develop long term business plans focusing on opportunities in store to build your customers business and ultimately yours Drive sales and identify opportunities for revenue growth Report on Territory performance and market trends What you will bring to the role Proven sales experience preferably within the FMCG industry, Previous success in B2B sales developing strong working relationships Passionate, driven, ambitious salesperson who is results orientated Understanding of current market and industry trends advantageous, with a passion for Spirits & RTD Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline would be advantageous however not essential Ability to travel Conviviality: the Pernod Ricard Way Working at Pernod Ricard is all about igniting conviviality in all that we do.
