This position is available for current students or recent graduates with the ability to work 30+ hours per week.  This is a one year position.   What You Will Do You will ensure that all requirements of Valeo Group are identified, established and implemented You will check that safety and security equipment are in compliance with requirements  You will carry out risk analysis and monitor regulatory survey You will help establish the site “Health, Safety, Security and Environment” operation procedures and oversee their application You will carry out inspections and internal audits, make recommendations and specify corresponding actions as well as the responsibility for implementing it You will assist in implementing and monitoring action relating to the handling of any non-compliance revealed by the inspections, internal audits and external audits, taking the necessary investments into account. Be aware of developments in the legislation. You will update and complete Safety Data sheets, plus ergonomic and PPE assessments You will review and update Safety and Environmental work instructions Support Site HR in ensuring compliance with all V5000 requirements, including documentation, reporting, and process adherence. Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and staffing updates to support workforce planning. Monitor employee attendance and manage point tracking through ADP, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up. Address employee concerns and escalate complex issues.
