Elaboración de notas técnicas y boletines de servicio, y detección y reporte de errores en catálogos a Valeo Service Activity. Análisis y Dictamen de Garantías: Análisis y dictamen de piezas solicitadas en garantía (elaboración de informes y registro). Gestión de piezas dictaminadas y participación en la gestión de incidentes de calidad. Otras Responsabilidades: Participación en eventos con clientes que involucren contacto con talleres y/o aspectos técnicos y cumplimiento de la seguridad como trabajador.
