Job Description: General Description: Senior Market A ccess Specialist will be responsible for supporting development and execution of market access strategy to ensure patient access to BeOne Medicine’s products in Korea Essential Functions of the job: Support development and execution of market access initiatives & strategies. Develop local value dossier and value messages aligned with P&R strategy Collaborate with HEOR and relevant external stakeholders for development and adaptation of health economic models, cost, and outcomes studies Collaborate closely with local and region/global colleagues from Marketing and Medical to ensure alignment on market access strategies, coordinate local actions and ensure the collection and analysis of evidence and data Work with global/regional market access and HEOR to ensure local requirements are reflected effectively in their plan and local plan is aligned with company direction. Support execution of access stakeholder management activities Support early planning for pipelines regarding evaluation trends in access process, endpoints and stakeholders to inform launch readiness. Support post-reimbursement monitoring and follow-up procedures required by payor Monitor and communicate relevant changes and trends in local health policy environment and patient access activities of competitors to the cross-functional team. Ensure that all activities related to your job comply with the applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and code of conduct). Qualification Required: Education / Experience Required:  Bachelor’s degree. Degrees in pharmacy or health science related field is preferred. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Market Access function of the pharmaceutical industry Excellence in analytical and integrative thinking skills with technical expertise in data literacy Demonstrated capacity to communicate clearly and strategically with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Strategic planning and organizational skills with strong prioritization and efficient resource management Demonstrated experience in pricing and reimbursement process, preferably in oncology or/and specialized products Good knowledge of the healthcare system/policies and drug pricing and reimbursement procedure Languages: Fluent English Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel for advanced formulas and data modeling) Travel: Approximately 10% What We Offer To Our Valued Employees Market competitive compensation package including performance-based annual bonus scheme Company shares (generous welcome grant and performance-based annual equity plan!)
