Falls bestimmte Anfragen nicht gelöst werden können, dient das Team Technik als Schnittstelle zur weiteren Bearbeitung.    Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Neuss Deine Aufgaben: Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im 1st und 2nd Level Support und sorgst dafür, dass technische Herausforderungen schnell gelöst werden. Neue Kunden begleitest du durch ein strukturiertes Onboarding und richtest ihre Systeme optimal ein. Du installierst, konfigurierst und betreust unsere virtuellen Serversysteme und übernimmst die Administration von Windows-Servern, Exchange, Citrix und SQL-Anwendungen. Gemeinsam im Team sicherst du unseren Service auch außerhalb der Bürozeiten durch periodische Rufbereitschaften ab. Das bringst Du mit: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Erfahrung als Systemadministrator. In der Administration von Windows Servern fühlst du dich sicher und kennst dich auch mit dem Exchange Admin Center, Citrix XenCenter und dem SQL Server Management Studio aus. Du hast bereits Kundenanfragen erfolgreich bearbeitet und kommunizierst dabei stets klar und freundlich.
