Wir suchen Dich als Referent:in der Geschäftsführung (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll: Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in operativen, strategischen und organisatorischen Themen Sparringpartner für das Healthcare-Führungsteam Steuerung und Nachverfolgung strategischer Projekte und Optimierungsmaßnahmen Koordination relevanter Stakeholder und Projektbeteiligter (lokal & international) Aufbereitung komplexer Inhalte in Entscheidungsvorlagen, Präsentationen und Business Cases (DE/EN) Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen, Workshops sowie Monitoring von To-dos und Deadlines Unterstützung bei interner Kommunikation, Budget- und Ressourcenplanung sowie Analysen Das bringst Du mit: Abgeschlossenes Studium, Kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Consulting oder strategischer Arbeit Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Sehr gute MS-Office- und Projektmanagement-Tool-Kenntnisse Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse Für Deinen Einsatz wollen wir Dir auch etwas zurückgeben.
