This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to learn and develop practical skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment under the guidance of experienced technicians. --- Job Responsibilities** * Assist in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on production lines and equipment. * Learn to identify and diagnose basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. * Support the installation, calibration, and repair of machinery components. * Follow safety protocols and procedures rigorously during all maintenance activities. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status. * Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions. * Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills. * Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work area. --- Job Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent; technical vocational training in mechanics, electronics, or industrial maintenance is a strong plus. * Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical principles. * Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. * Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team. * Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving aptitude. * Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office). * Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, which may include standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights. * Fluency in Spanish required; basic English is a plus.
