Sales Manager Modernisierung im Außendienst (m/w/d) Standort : Niederlassung Köln/Bonn Start : Ab sofort IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS Sie verantworten den Ausbau des Modernisierungsgeschäftes durch den Verkauf unserer Produkte Dafür führen Sie proaktiv Kundenbesuche durch, um den Aufbau und die Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen zu gewährleisten Sie beraten Kunden umfassend zu den Vorteilen und Notwendigkeiten von Modernisierungen, entwickeln Modernisierungskonzepte und erstellen Angebote Durch die gezielte Förderung des lokalen Portfolios, tragen Sie aktiv zur Umsatzsteigerung im Modernisierungsgeschäft bei. Sie arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team (bspw. Meister, regionaler Verkaufsleiter)  VORAUSSETZUNGEN FÜR IHREN ERFOLG   Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder einem vergleichbaren Studienabschluss Dank Ihres Verhandlungsgeschicks konnten Sie im Vertrieb von beratungsintensiven technischen Produkten Erfolge erzielen.
