The Commercial Finance & Planning Manager is responsible for leading the partnering agenda for the Commercial team of Vietnam and Cambodia , in both short-term and long-term strategies ensuring performance from Gross to Net Sales and respective investments (A&D and A&P), to provide insightful highlights on potential opportunities and risk for the business, as well and driving mitigations for gap closure. The position will in charge of rolling forecast, annual budgeting and performance tracking of Vietnam and business partnering with commercial and marketing team. Strategic Commercial Finance & Planning Lead strategic financial planning and commercial analysis to support business growth, including in-depth evaluation of stock-in-trade, depletions, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence. Be a catalyst in close collaboration with Sales team to drive the development of customers and channel strategies by providing actionable insights through advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and forecasting. Partner with Sales & Marketing leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, optimize brand/trade activations, and ensure alignment with financial targets and long-term brand equity. Evaluate new product launches and business initiatives through comprehensive P&L simulations, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations. With key stakeholder, lead reviews of PR Vietnam key battlegrounds (Tet, Prestige, On-trade expansion, Protect the Icon…), identify actionable actions toward objectives 2. Advanced Reporting & Performance Management Oversee the integrity, automation, and scalability of commercial data systems (sell-in, depletion, trade inventory, pricing, A&D, A&P…), ensuring timely and accurate reporting across platforms (Excel, Power BI, Polaris). Lead the preparation and delivery of high-impact performance reviews and executive dashboards for internal and regional stakeholders (CODI, Net Sales, Volumes, A&P, RGM, Tail cuts, Reversed customers P&L). Champion data-driven decision-making by enhancing reporting frameworks and integrating on-point analytics. 3. Business Partnering & Financial Leadership Act as a strategic finance business partner to Sales & Marketing, providing leadership on pricing strategies, trade terms optimization, and A&P budget governance. Drive ROI-centric investment decisions through robust pre- and post-evaluation frameworks, embedding a value-driven mindset across commercial teams. Lead cross-functional collaboration to embed customer-level P&L ownership, enabling regional teams to make informed, profitable decisions. Represent Finance in regional performance reviews and strategic planning sessions, influencing commercial priorities and resource allocation. 4. Strategic Projects & Transformation Support cross-functional commercial projects, ensuring financial rigor and strategic alignment in investment decisions and execution. Collaborate with project teams to deliver transformation initiatives that enhance commercial effectiveness, profitability, and operational efficiency. Drive scope of work toward Fit-for-purpose mindset by leveraging simplification, synchronization in process and data points 5.
