Le Site Valeo de Nogent-le-Rotrou (28) est un site de production. Il regroupe 330 collaborateurs autour de la fabrication de systèmes de gestion thermique (appareil de chauffage et de climatisation) et de capteurs à ultrasons pour l’aide au stationnement automatique. Nous recherchons un Human Ressources Business Partner H/F qui contribuera activement à l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels tout en assurant le développement des personnes et de l'organisation. Vos missions :  Conseiller et accompagner les managers sur tous les sujets RH au quotidien (gestion des effectifs, performance, développement, respect des règles, etc.). Contribuer aux résultats du site en gérant les effectifs (permanents et temporaires), en suivant l'absentéisme et en participant aux actions de Santé/Sécurité/Environnement. Déployer les outils de développement des talents, gérer les recrutements et l'intégration, identifier et mettre en œuvre les actions de formation. Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles HSE, gérer les risques, suivre les situations d'inaptitude et déployer la politique Qualité de Vie au Travail. Maintenir un bon climat social et les relations avec les représentants syndicaux, en supportant le responsable RH du Site. Assurer la bonne application des procédures administratives RH (heures supplémentaires, congés, gestion des présences) et garantir la qualité des données dans les systèmes RH. A propos de vous : Titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac + 5 en Ressources Humaines, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum sur une fonction similaire, idéalement acquise en Industrie.  Vous avez développé des compétences en gestion des relations sociales que vous souhaitez continuer à consolider.  Vous avez une forte appétence terrain et êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre adaptabilité, ainsi que votre capacité à travailler en mode projet.  Notre environnement est fortement orienté à l’international, un niveau d’anglais courant est requis.  Nos avantages :  Plan d’actionnariat, Action Logement Présence d’un comité social & économique (CSE) Restaurant d’entreprise Pourquoi Valeo ?
