Securing market relevancy of Tech strategy and roadmap : Understand business priorities and monitor pain points within their affiliate, coordinating with Proximity Leads to identify affiliate needs by domain, and interacting closely with their business counterparts at affiliate level. Translate business priorities and pain points into ideas for product backlog, articulating them with global product teams Management and steering of Affiliate Tech roadmap : Own and communicate market Tech roadmap to key stakeholders (affiliates’ leaders), ensuring monthly reports to affiliates and Management Entity Proximity Directors. Share communication to appropriate scope during major incidents Driving business engagement at Affiliate level : Act as the affiliate's single point of contact for all tech-related matters and participate monthly in the market/brand Codi on the tech agenda, to present the evolution of the tech roadmap and lead arbitrage.
